Most estimates are delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving your plans. Complex or large projects may take up to 72 hours. We'll confirm your timeline when we receive your documents.
What file formats do you accept? +
We accept PDF, DWG, RVT, and most other common plan formats. If you have paper plans, scanned PDFs at 150 DPI or higher work great. You can also share files via Dropbox, Google Drive, or email.
How much does an estimate cost? +
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project and which service you need. We offer competitive flat-rate pricing — contact us with your project details and we'll give you a quote upfront, no surprises.
What if I need revisions after delivery? +
Revision rounds are included with every estimate. If the scope changes or you need line items adjusted, just let us know and we'll update accordingly — at no extra charge within the original scope.
Do you work on residential projects? +
Absolutely. We handle residential projects of all sizes — from single-family homes and ADUs to large multi-family developments. Our estimators have experience across all project types.
What software do you use for estimating? +
We use industry-leading tools including Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, RS Means, and Microsoft Excel. All deliverables are formatted clearly and are fully editable.
Can you work with incomplete drawings? +
Yes. If drawings are incomplete, we'll note assumptions and provide an estimate with stated qualifications. We'll flag any areas where additional design information would improve accuracy.
Is my project information kept confidential? +
Absolutely. All project information, plans, and documents you share with us are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
